HONEY BREAKTHROUGH!
Honey has come out from under the bed for extensive petting sessions tonight; she seems to be much less afraid of me than even this morning. In past forays she might enjoy some petting, but then after a little bite of food she'd zip back under the bed. Tonight she has stayed out for some intensive petting. She even nuzzled my chin! I'm so happy!

WHAT GREAT NEWS!!!! This is terrific! She's such a lovely girl, this is a BIG step for her! Perhaps the Swiffer incident brought her around somehow... Oh happy day! :-)
